Nick also represents lenders in all types of real estate financings and has extensive experience in complex real estate workouts and foreclosures. He has experience in the formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and joint ventures.
Nick serves as pro-bono counsel to the Housing Partnership, which provides resources to prospective homebuyers. He advises the organization on corporate governance, guiding them as to their role in administering certain affordable housing programs, and serving as their counsel in connection with no-interest loans they provide to certain of their clients. For the past ten years, Nick has also been involved with the Gala Committee of Daytop of New Jersey, a substance abuse treatment program. He is a frequent speaker and author on commercial real estate topics.
